Some people don't like ventoy and spend hours trying to make USB sticks from an iso that boots either with some tool or I don't know how.

This is actually very easy in Debian and unsure why this method is not used more. Lets say you download an iso and your USB stick is /dev/sdc. All you need to do is use the path of the iso in the command and run:

dd if=/home/username/Downloads/mini.iso of=/dev/sdc

That's pretty much it. Should work every time.

Certain images like .bin files (chrome os flex) dont work with ventoy and instructions online say use utils like rufus. This is the same thing. Will work great when you need to dump a .dmg or .bin or .iso to a usb.
